The common thread is transformation.
Throughout my career I’ve been drawn to periods of transformation, whether modernizing engineering organizations, rebuilding technology platforms, or helping executive teams navigate disruptive technology.
That began close to the work, in quality and software engineering, and expanded into product platforms, global engineering organizations, cloud economics, and enterprise AI. Across established enterprises and high-growth companies, I’ve worked where the operating model had to change along with the technology.
I stay close enough to architecture and delivery to understand the tradeoffs, then translate those tradeoffs into choices executive teams and boards can act on. The goal is not a transformation program that depends on a few exceptional people. It is an organization that can keep making better decisions after the initial change is complete.
How I lead
Four principles recur across the organizations, technologies, and business contexts in my record.

Build systems, not heroics.
Sustained performance comes from clear operating models, strong platforms, short feedback loops, and teams that can make good decisions without depending on extraordinary individual effort.

Good guardrails make it possible to distribute authority without distributing risk. The point of governance is to help more people act safely, not to make one central team the only path to progress.

Platform sequence, cloud economics, resilience, and technical standards determine how quickly a company can move, what it costs to operate, and which options remain open later.
